  BMW X1 - Poor support,Unresponsive to customer issues,No spare tyre,

  BRAND NAME

  What Can Improve

  BMW comes with pirelli tyre which can burst any time on road.Spare tyre can run for 100 kms. Customer are left stranded on road.Car has to be towed to nearest service location on crane ones the Tyre fail.There service centers are 300-600 kms apart .If tyre fails have you ever heard the car being towed 600 kms to nearest center leaving you stranded instead of providing replacement tyre even in warranty.Ones they sell cars they will care a damn for your issues and problems.BMW will never call you and never take feedback from you.It is one of the most hostile and unfriendly company.The jack which comes with spare tyre(small tyre which can run for 80 kms at speed of 60) is too cumbersome to operate.WHY IS BMW not giving car with FULL TYRE. We have tried asking this question to BMW and there reply is no we sell car with spare tyre which can run 80 kms and this is a additional facility we are providing.If you want to buy full tyre u have to spend Rs 70000/- extra

  Toyota Fortuner - 2015 TOYOTA FORTUNER 3.0 4X4 MT

  Whats Good

  Those big 17 inches alloy wheels High seating position Low cost maintenance Very direct steering wheel Power is delivered right from the 1400 RPM mark up to the 3400 RPM mark. The D-4D 3.0 litre engine has been the best from Toyota which gives about 171 Bhp of power and 343 Nm of torque. Like it is said, you can have a Fortuner in any colour as long as its White.

  What Can Improve

  The glove compartment is really small and needs attention by the manufacturers. The same old climate control buttons look a bit old now and needs a change. The large turning radius of this SUV makes it extremely difficult while taking u-turns. The rising prices of the fortuner can be a issue. Initially it was launched at about 21 lacs and now after 5 years the cost has gone to up to 30 lacs with no such big changes in the SUV. It should definitely be equipped with more features like rain sensing wipers, hill assist, telescopic steering wheel, etc. Since 2010, its always been way ahead of its competitors but now it lacks many features and its time it should get a makeover.

  Skoda Superb - Terrible quality, terrible attitude of service

  Driving it is fun, but the rest is downhill

  What Can Improve

  Service and attitude is terrible; car build quality is very bad

  First ever rant! Having the worst ever experience with Skoda. If you are thinking of car to buy, dont buy a Skoda! Bought a superb a few months ago, and have been disappointed from day 1. (i) Car arrives 5 months after scheduled delivery. (ii) The ride quality is terrible and the insides make a noise over bumps - the quality is really quite bad (iii) The sun roof malfunctioned within the first fortnight - the insides and family got wet in the monsoons. (iv) But what is the worst is the response from the company. Five escalations and visits to the dealer/company within 5 months. After all this, they tell me "Roads in Mumbai need to be better, and your driver needs to drive slower!" rather than listening to what I am saying. Either my car has an issue or the Superb model - either way its not great! I am sure some people are happy with their Skoda's but if things go wrong, you are done for!
